Sasa Stulic - tenor, graduated from the Academy of Art, Novi Sad in the class of Professor Biserka Cvejic. He is a winner of a number of awards and recognitions, His debut at the opera scene was in 1995 in Mozart’s opera A Simple Deception in order to become a full-time soloist of the Opera of The Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad. Since then up till nowadays, he realized a great number of roles in Mozart’s operas (Cosi fan tutte, Don Juan), Rossini’s (The Barber of Seville, Signor Briskin, Cinderella, The Italian Girl in Algiers), Donizetti’s (The Elixir of Love, Lucia of Lammermoor), Verdi’s (Rigoletto, La Traviata), Rachmaninov’s (Aleko), Strauss’s (The Bat), Puccini’s (Madame Butterfly, Gianni Schicchi, Bohemians). Since 2000, he has been a member of Madlenianum Chamber Opera in Zemun where he realized a series of roles in Giachomo Rossini’s, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s, Bedzih Smetana’s and Carl Orff’s operas. He realized an outstanding performance in the role of Alfred (La Traviata) in 2006 in St Petersburg Opera. In addition to the opera engagement, he also appears in solo concerts as well as with orchestras and oratorios by Bach, Rossini, Mozart and Gounod. He gave a great number of concerts in this country and also abroad.
