MUSIC CHERISHES MEMORIES ON 13 DECEMBER AT 19:30

Large Stage of the Opera & Theatre Madlenianum

On the occasion of the jubilee of 25 years of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Serbia, the concert Music Cherishes Memories will be held on Tuesday, 13 December at 19:30 on the Large Stage of Madlenianum, with the eminent artists from Azerbaijan and Serbia participating. Fagan Hasanli, a pianist from Baku and dance couple Elnur Suleymanov and Gunel Alakhyarova, performing a mix of traditional Azerbaijani dances. Our soprano Jasmina Trumbetas Peterovic, has, besides classical numbers from opera literature, prepared a traditional Serbian song, as well as an Azerbaijani number, to perform accompanied by a pianist Mina Ristic Joncic, who will also, with a violinist Marko Josifovski, perform a sonata and a ballad of the famous Azerbaijani composers, Rzayev and Gadzhiev. This magnificent concert will be enhanced by the BRAS ensemble under the baton of a conductor Djordje Stankovic. The concert is organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Cultural Centre, with the support of the Secretariat for Culture of the City of Belgrade.
