A romantic Czech opera attractive for its love plot. The classic mise-en-scene is supplemented by the use of quotations and dance. Scenography is decorative, with prevailing somber light atmosphere,  contrasted with the finale of ample lights. 
Till the end of the season 2001/2002 it was performed on the Zemun stage for seven times.
